We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or do not meet personal preferences. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order, including sizes and item details, before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged ItemsWe take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at fransawisilverjewelry@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the defect.
Each case will be assessed individually. If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing defect, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with the Fransawi commercial tag still attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
