Your order will be processed by the payment gateway of your choice: 2Checkout or Paypal. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. Once your order is processed, you will immediately receive your payment confirmation by email.
RETURN POLICY
Dear Customers, Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with every item your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. You have to submit your return request by sending us an email to support@fransawi-silver-jewelry.com and include your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email. Our in-house team will assess the request.
After receiving a confirmation from our team, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address, please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges:

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/bag and/or packaging. In addition no refund would be done if Fransawi commercial tag is removed from the item received. REFUND POLICY
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. The purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items unless we have sent an item in error (The wrong product was sent by the merchant, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping, the product is tampered).
